The challenge

Making a documentary or factual programme requires smart, talented people to come together to build and deliver on an idea and vision. People move in and out of the project as needed but all of them need to understand the vision and status of the project from the minute they step in.

Planning, research, archive material, casting information, and story threads are integral to the success of the project but when information is spread across multiple systems and email inboxes it can be difficult for the team to keep track of where things are, who has done what, and to find what they need when they need it.
