What is your role at Lumi.Media?
I am Founder, COO and Head of Design. I spend my day trying to work out how to do too much, for too many, with too few.
Why did you join Lumi.Media?
I founded it, with my sister, to revolutionise how screen content is made.
What are the main challenges you see facing content-makers?
I think one of the main challenges for content makers is they have to do more for less in less time. They often feel too busy to look around and see if there is a new way.
What is your favourite part of the job?
The comradery and excitement in the team when a new show chooses to come onboard or sends us nice feedback.
When you aren’t working, what is one thing you love to do?
One! ha. I’m a guitar playing woodworker that windsurfs.

What is your mantra / favourite saying?
Everything in moderation – including moderation.
What’s the best career advice you have been given?
If you are not making mistakes, you are not trying. Just don’t make the same mistake twice.
